Denis Island

Denis is a secluded, privately owned island. It is just under 1.5km² and is the second northernmost island of Seychelles. Situated approximately 95km away from Mahé, it’s about a 35 minute flight to the island.

Similar to the rest of Seychelles, Denis boasts lush tropical vegetation and wildlife. Snorkelling and diving are popular activities in the waters surrounding Denis. There are also trails through and around the island for hiking, cycling or just a leisurely stroll.

Only a handful of locals reside on Denis, and many of these are employed in the resort cottages as maids, chefs, gardeners, etc.

One thing to keep in mind is that there is no cell phone reception and no Wifi. It truly is a secluded and peaceful island getaway.
